In their own words
Board Intelligence Portal
Board Intelligence Portal is a paid workspace for boards and governance teams to view, comment on and collaborate on documents in real time. It runs through a browser and apps for Windows, Mac, iPhone and iPad. Governance teams can manage submissions, combine files into board packs, issue paper briefs and republish amended packs while retaining directors’ annotations. Directors can add private or shared comments, search packs offline, approve documents with e-signatures and compare papers beside a virtual meeting app. Board packs can link directly to Zoom or Teams meetings. The portal supports forward agenda planning, calendar-linked scheduling, biometric login or single sign-on and granular permissions. It covers board, committee and executive sessions, including hybrid, virtual and in-person formats. The maker says servers are UK-hosted, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, and approved for government data. BI24 support is listed 24/7/365. Pricing is tailored and available on request.
BoardBook Premier
BoardBook Premier is web-based software for preparing meetings, assembling materials, communicating with attendees, conducting meetings and documenting results. Users can arrange agenda items and distribute packets digitally or in print. The software converts uploaded files to PDF and paginates agenda attachments, while permission levels help organizations limit access to information. Workflow tools coordinate multiple contributors to recurring meetings. Organizations can publish agendas, notices and minutes through their public website, and use the public portal to share selected documents or restrict access to materials and links. A complete packet can be downloaded for offline viewing, but building or compiling packets requires internet access and a browser. BoardBook Premier is used by school boards, government entities, nonprofits, libraries and businesses. It supports Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows. Subscriptions include unlimited training and support, with weekday support hours from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. Pricing is available on request.
