In their own words
Easy Board
Easy Board is board management software for organizing meetings, shared documents, and communications across nonprofit and for-profit boards, associations, committees, and mission-driven organizations. It supports meeting scheduling, updates, automatic reminders, agendas, and RSVP viewing. Polls, questions, and date-and-time votes help gather feedback and coordinate availability. Boards and committees can share files in a document library with an in-product viewer for PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, and YouTube or Vimeo videos. Easy Board integrates with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Google Doc links, and offers calendar sync with Outlook, Google, and more. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web, with instructions for adding it to a phone or tablet home screen. Plans include the first 10 seats, unlimited groups, group admins, and file storage; board-admin limits vary by plan. There is no free plan, but a 90-day full-access trial requires no credit card. Annual billing starts at $49 a month.
