In their own words
BoardKite
BoardKite is a browser-based workspace for board agendas, board packs, minutes, decisions, and follow-up, presented for nonprofits and organizations handling sensitive records. Teams can plan meetings, share board packs, record votes and decisions, and carry actions into the next cycle. BoardKite AI can suggest agendas, summarize board packs, draft minutes using transcript context, and carry unresolved actions forward. Transcription is optional for each meeting; organizations can configure their AI provider or upload VTT, SRT, or plain-text transcripts. The service works in a browser, including on iPad, and directors do not need to install anything. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with a per-organization key, while traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. The listed free tier covers three users. Core costs €39 a month for up to 10 members; Pro costs €99 a month for 25 members, and Enterprise costs €299 a month for unlimited members. Storage is measured per organization, file uploads are limited to 250 MB, and new uploads are blocked when the quota is reached.

CivicCA can draft minutes from transcripts with speaker attribution and recorded votes for clerk review. Other AI functions listed include summaries, plain-language rewriting, conversational Q&A, and transcription with speaker diarization. The maker says relevant data goes to Anthropic for text analysis and AssemblyAI for transcription, and is not used to train AI models. It says the software checks 51 state and local open-meeting frameworks when an agenda is published. Integrations include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Laserfiche, YouTube, SentraCheck, and Municode.
