Boei is an AI customer conversation platform combining chatbot, live chat, shared inbox, CRM and more than 50 contact channels. Its agent can answer questions, qualify leads, prepare quotes, book appointments, update CRMs, trigger workflows and send follow-ups. Training inputs include websites, documents, knowledge bases, product and pricing data, support ticket history, instructions and Q&A. The same agent can work across website chat, WhatsApp and email with shared conversation history; the maker says it speaks 95+ languages. Teams can automate actions, require approval for sensitive steps, or take over a conversation with context and an audit trail. Listed integrations include CRM, support, email marketing, calendar and website platforms, as well as webhooks. API access and webhooks are included in Growth, Business and Scale. The seven-day trial unlocks all features without a credit card, after which accounts become read-only unless upgraded. Starter is listed at $19 a year, billed at $228/yr. Boei says customer data is hosted in the EU/EEA, with production servers and backups in Germany.
