In their own words
Bookboost
Bookboost is a hospitality platform combining guest data, messaging, marketing automation, and guest journeys. Its Customer Data Platform combines information from property-management systems, booking engines, and guest channels into cleaned, deduplicated profiles across properties. A visual journey builder supports pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay flows triggered by reservations and personalized messages. Teams can send targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, use A/B testing, and build emails with a low-code editor. The unified Inbox brings WhatsApp, email, SMS, webchat, Booking.com, and Expedia messages into one view with routing and reservation context. A guest-facing web app supports online check-in, guest information, feedback, and self-service without requiring an app download. The integrations directory lists more than 70 PMS systems, including Mews, Apaleo, Oracle, and SiteMinder. Insights dashboards cover campaign ROI, guest satisfaction, segment performance, and guest lifetime value. Listed room-based plans range from $1.60 a month for Guest App to $3.50 a month for AI Agent, while the pricing page lists a minimum monthly fee of US$465.
BookOne CRM
BookOne CRM is guest relationship management software built into the BookOne PMS. It records room preferences, dietary requests, food and beverage billing patterns, feedback history, and past stay dates. Hotel staff can target former guests by stay frequency, total spend, or location. Using the official WhatsApp Business API, it can automate pre-arrival messages, upgrade offers, and post-checkout review requests. Hotels can set up points and tier-based rewards, earned on room charges or restaurant bills and redeemed on future direct bookings. Post-checkout forms can prompt positive reviewers to post on Google and TripAdvisor, while routing critical feedback to managers. The onboarding team can help clean, format, and upload guest lists from older platforms, standalone CRMs, or spreadsheets. External data can be ingested through custom API setups, though BookOne says the CRM works most efficiently with its PMS. Guest CRM requires PMS_CORE and is included in Premium. The product has no free plan, offers a free trial, and lists pricing on request.
