Clients can book at any time through a salon website, Google, Instagram, or a direct link, with real-time availability and automated SMS and email reminders. The calendar supports multiple nail technicians, drag-and-drop rescheduling, color coding, printable daily run sheets, and blocked time off. Its POS handles services, retail, gift cards, split payments, tips, and discounts, and pairs with Certxa Terminal Pro, Reader Flex, or iPhone Tap to Pay. Loyalty tools include configurable visit stamps, rewards and tiers, client progress tracking, checkout application, and notifications. Clients can check in with a door QR code or confirmation link; the waitlist can text them when a slot opens. Revenue intelligence covers client drift, revenue leakage, slow-seat detection, no-show risk, staff rebooking rates, cancellation recovery, churn risk, and a business growth score.
