Yoffix is a hybrid workplace management platform for desk and room booking, team scheduling, and visitor management. It also lists parking and resource booking, ticketing, attendance, and workplace analytics. Desk sharing includes hot desking from 15 minutes, check-in and auto-release rules, team seating, work zones, and desk usage analytics. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft and Google calendars, Slack, Google Chat, and HRIS systems such as Personio, BambooHR, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors. Identity options include SSO through Microsoft 365, Google, Okta, OneLogin, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0, alongside SCIM provisioning.
