BookitWise
BookitWise is a web-based system for booking meeting rooms, conference rooms, and shared resources. Its calendar shows room availability and meeting details, and supports single or recurring bookings. Users can reserve catering, cars, projectors, and video conference equipment; catering can be ordered in advance, with email or SMS updates when details change. BookitWise Direkt lets users book, extend, or cancel meetings from a tablet outside a room, while BookitWise Visa displays current and upcoming bookings. Listed integrations include Microsoft Outlook, Exchange Server, Active Directory, and VisitLog, which can notify meeting hosts when visitors arrive.
