Its coverage includes X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Tumblr, YouTube, Reddit, Bluesky, and QQ; Brandwatch says it draws insights from 100 million online sources. Saved searches can provide a year of historical mentions and insights, while quick searches are limited to the last month and cannot be revisited, shared, or used for alerts. The service groups sentiment as positive, negative, or neutral and supports multi-language analysis. Graphs and metrics cover mentions, sentiment, and demographics, with filters such as platform, language, and location. AI alerts can flag changes in mentions and negative comments by email. Access to saved searches depends on the organization’s Social Media Management contract, and only Team Leaders and Admins can save searches or manage certain settings. It runs on web and through an API; pricing is on request, and there is no free plan.
