Brght is a web-based pre-employment assessment that evaluates applicants’ numerical, spatial, and abstract reasoning in a 30-minute test. Question difficulty changes according to each candidate’s previous answers. Employers can compare candidates with a tailored benchmark for a selected job and ideal candidate qualities. Starter and Pro provide online result evaluation and PDF reports. Pro also allows custom essay, multiple-choice, and file-upload questions, and includes ATS integration and a Dedicated Customer Success Advisor.
