BrightPlan
BrightPlan is an employer-provided financial wellness platform that combines budgeting tools, goal tracking, personalized guidance, financial education, and access to certified financial planners. Its AI Coach tailors real-time guidance to a user’s goals and financial profile, while employees can also connect with planners for what BrightPlan describes as unlimited, in-country advisor support. BrightPlan Academy delivers localized, translated learning through short lessons, deeper explorations, and guided paths. The service connects with employer programs such as 401(k)s, HSAs, equity compensation, and insurance benefits, and can be offered through HR technology systems in a white-labeled or co-branded format. Employers get dashboards and customizable reports, alongside engagement support that includes guided programs, contests, event help, and a dedicated account manager. BrightPlan is available on web, iOS, and Android. Employees can use it when their employer provides access; some organizations also extend access to dependents and family members. Pricing is on request.
FinFit
FinFit is an employee financial wellness platform that combines savings, credit, financial education, and account-management tools. Employees can arrange automatic emergency savings through payroll deductions. Its SafetyNet Credit Line offers emergency funding starting at $300, while personal loans provide fixed rates on amounts up to $35,000 with flexible repayment terms. Loans require credit approval, availability varies by state, and members can have only one FinFit loan at a time. MoneyView lets employees link accounts, track spending, set goals and budgets, monitor net worth, and receive alerts. A financial assessment provides a wellness score, visual budget, peer benchmarks, and an action plan. Ready University offers self-paced courses on subjects including credit and debt, home buying, investing, student loans, and retirement. FinFit supports API integration, single sign-on, and integration with any payroll provider or platform. The Financial Wellness Program is free to registered members, but availability depends on the employer. FinFit is available on web, Android, and iOS; it says its SOC 2 Type II controls include encryption, two-factor authentication, penetration testing, and annual audits.
