Agents can send SMS and email follow-ups, while real-time reporting covers contact rates, talk time, dispositions, and lead-source performance. CallTools lists more than 40 direct integrations and a REST API for importing and exporting data, querying contacts and call logs, webhooks, automations, and custom connectors. Compliance controls include timezone protection, holiday scheduling, Do Not Call integration, and contact-preference scrubbing. Pricing is available on request. Its Power Contact Center plan is billed month-to-month or annually and includes unlimited local and domestic long-distance minutes. Agents need a physical Windows 10 or current macOS computer, the latest Chrome or Firefox, and a USB wired headset; tablets, mobile devices, and virtual machines are unsupported.
