In their own words

Canny

Canny is an AI-powered customer feedback platform for collecting requests, prioritizing them, and sharing product updates. Its Autopilot can capture, deduplicate, and triage feedback from customer conversations and other sources. Customers can submit and vote on requests in a portal, check their status, and see what is coming next. Teams can publish public or private roadmaps, send status updates, and announce releases. Canny links requests to customer accounts and revenue impact to support prioritization. Listed integrations include Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and Linear; a public API and Chrome extension provide additional ways to connect or capture feedback. The platform serves product-led teams, including product, sales, customer success, customer experience, and marketing groups. It is available on the web, through an API, and as an extension. The Free plan is free and includes 25 tracked users with unlimited feedback. Pro is $79 a month, billed yearly, and starts at 100+ tracked users.

Hively

Hively collects customer and employee feedback through rating smileys in email signatures and direct feedback requests. Customers can rate a team member with one click, then optionally add a comment or more detail. Ratings contribute points to individual happiness scores and an overall team score. Hively provides rating alerts, email summaries, reporting, customer happiness trends, and a team leaderboard; its Buzz feature lets teams recognize top performers. The product is aimed at teams whose members interact with customers, including support, account management, training, and sales. Rating snippets work with email clients and CRM or ticket systems that accept HTML, with Outlook, Gmail, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Help Scout among the named examples. Customers can rate from mobile devices, and smartphones can scan Hively QR codes. The Free plan includes unlimited ratings and up to three users. Paid plans are listed at $13 a year billed yearly or $15 a month. The FAQ says only the first smiley click is recorded; a later resubmission on the rating page replaces that earlier rating.
