In their own words
Cargo
Cargo describes itself as go-to-market infrastructure for coding agents: teams define workflows in a Git repository, and Cargo runs them. Its listed building blocks include agents, context, tools, data models, plays, territories, and apps. Workflows can run on triggers or schedules, retry failed steps, and provide a trace of each run. The TypeScript Cargo CDK supports previewing changes, declarative deployment, and rolling back workspace resources. Cargo lists compatibility with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, Devin, and Replicas, plus more than 100 integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Apollo.io, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Credits cover enrichment actions, orchestration steps, and storage inserts; 100 orchestration steps or 1,000 storage inserts consume one credit. If credits run out, existing workflows pause until credits are added, though the pricing FAQ says data is not lost. The 100-credit plan costs nothing; paid plans start at $165/mo. Cargo says it maintains a SOC 2 Type II report and does not use Slack data or Customer Content to train foundation models.
Gradient Works
Gradient Works combines account scoring, territory planning, rep book management, lead routing, and pipeline analytics for B2B commercial sales teams. Market Map scores CRM accounts from 0–100 based on similarity to closed-won customers and syncs scores to Salesforce. Carve lets RevOps and Sales Strategy model territory scenarios with fit scores and send a selected design to Salesforce. Bookbuilder aims to keep rep books at roughly 100–150 accounts, replacing worked accounts with higher-fit accounts. Routing handles lead-to-account matching and assignments for inbound MQLs, handoffs, customer-success assignments, and opportunity escalations inside Salesforce. AI Researcher supports custom account-research prompts and writes qualitative answers to Salesforce. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Salesloft, Outreach, Google Calendar, Office 365, and CSV import; only one calendar and one sales-engagement integration can be active at once. Salesforce is required for the full platform, while HubSpot and CSV support Account Research and Carve territory planning. A free plan is available. Growth costs $799 a month, billed paid annually.
