In their own words
Cartoply
Cartoply is territory-based scheduling software for home service and mobile businesses. A single company booking link directs customers to the team member responsible for their location, with coverage defined by drawn areas, ZIP codes, counties, cities or radius. The service syncs bookings and availability with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, and supports round robin distribution, custom event durations and automated reminders. Teams can collect a deposit or full payment through Stripe or PayPal before confirming a job. Other listed integrations include Jobber, Zapier and MCP-compatible AI assistants. Cartoply runs on the web and offers an API with OAuth 2.0 access, booking webhook payloads and integration actions. The free plan costs nothing and includes a personal scheduling page, calendar sync, custom event types and durations, confirmations, and one personal event type. Pro costs $7 a month, billed at $7.00 per seat monthly, and adds territory management, automatic rep routing, team availability, payment collection, analytics and priority support. A 14-day trial of Pro features is available without a card to start; organization features pause when it ends unless the user subscribes.
HaulOps
HaulOps is paid operating software for junk-removal and hauling businesses. It combines dispatch, job management, proof-of-service reporting, customer communication, and payments in one system. The dispatch board assigns jobs, sends ETAs, tracks trucks in real time, and allows route changes during the day. On iOS and Android, the crew app provides routes, job details, item lists, live earnings, photos, signatures, and on-site payments. It can store photos, itemized loads, signatures, and payments offline, then sync them when connectivity returns. Haul Reports document weights, items, photos, and donated, recycled, and landfilled totals; operators can share them as PDFs or links. Stripe handles card payments, while cash payments and dashboard invoicing are also supported. QuickBooks Online synchronization covers invoices and payments. Plans begin at $89 /mo, with a 14-day trial and no credit card required.
