In their own words

CaseTestify

CaseTestify is a web platform for virtual and hybrid legal proceedings. It combines video conferencing, exhibit handling, and cloud storage for deposition assets in one proceeding. Participants can upload, preview, share, stamp, and annotate PDF, PNG, JPG, DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX exhibits. Private previews and sharing controls help manage exhibit visibility. CaseViewNet integration provides access to the court reporter’s realtime transcript, including search. ViewScript, using Stenograph’s Phoenix speech recognition technology, lets attorneys review testimony text and audio while proceedings continue. Participant audio can be routed to MAXScribe through a virtual cable, without third-party audio-capture middleware. Stenograph says video, audio, exhibits, and other data receive end-to-end encryption, and that recordings and MAXScribe integration data are not used to improve its speech engine or AI. Proceedings include four unrecordable sidebar rooms. Phone dial-in disables browser microphone and speakers. View Only Mode provides shared exhibits and ViewScript access. Guests may join by link but need an account to upload or share exhibits. Pricing is available on request.

DepoFlow

DepoFlow syncs deposition transcripts with video, supports testimony designation, and renders trial-ready clips on the user’s machine. Its local speech recognition aligns transcript words with video moments, and each completed sync gets a color-coded quality score. In the Review app, transcript and video appear side by side, with page-line navigation, full-text search, and line selection that jumps to the corresponding moment. Users can arrange page-line ranges into designation sets, add ranges in bulk, or import opposing counsel’s lists from TXT, CSV, XLSX, and DOCX files. Exports include stitched MP4s, designation PDFs, and page-line exchange lists, with targets such as TrialDirector, Sanction, Summation, LiveNote/Case Notebook, RealLegal, AMICUS, and OpenDVT. A standalone HTML viewer opens synced video and transcript in a browser without installation or internet. After installation, the desktop app can sync, designate, and render clips offline. DepoFlow offers free viewing and paid options, including sync credits at $7.50 per credit and designation and clip exports at $99.00 per transcript. It runs on macOS, Windows, and web browsers.
