Crunchtime Labor & Scheduling
Crunchtime Labor & Scheduling forecasts restaurant labor needs and helps managers schedule employees for each shift. Auto-scheduling uses sales forecasts, staffing templates, employee skill levels and applicable labor laws to project staffing by role and time of day. Listed tools include AI forecasting, shift feedback, real-time reporting, time clocks, tip management and compliance features. Administrators can configure supported U.S. labor laws by state and city, with store-level rules such as limits on minors’ hours; a Labor Rule Audit records field-level edits. The Teamworx app lets employees view shifts, manage availability, request time off, swap shifts and communicate with managers, but requires a Crunchtime subscription. The service runs on web, Android and iOS. POS integrations exchange schedules, employee data, sales information and time punches, while HR and payroll synchronization is two-way. Pricing is discussed through a demo, which targets operators with 10 or more restaurant locations.
