It brings customer ordering, order entry, and production management together for made-to-order foodservice, catering, custom cakes, bakery orders, and floral. Orders can come through branded e-commerce, Instacart Marketplace, kiosks, in-store mobile ordering, Caper Smart Carts, or associate entry. Reporting includes work orders, production logs, sales reports, and forecasting. Customer tools cover profiles, order history, abandoned-cart notifications, and feedback.
