In their own words
CaterFlow
CaterFlow is a catering ERP that brings quotes, kitchen work, inventory, delivery, payments, and payroll into one system. Its sales, kitchen, inventory, delivery, finance, team, website, and social modules share one login. The system calculates GST on quotes and invoices and can export GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from recorded invoices. A connected WhatsApp Business API account sends quotes and updates, with delivery and read receipts. Social tools schedule and publish posts to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Role-based access gives owners, kitchen staff, drivers, and admins different screens. Kitchen tablets display daily events and prep lists, and support photo-based QA checklists. Drivers receive venue directions and loads, track trip legs, and capture proof-of-delivery photos. The main experience runs in a browser, with native iOS and Android apps for owners, kitchen, and customer-facing use. Starter costs $999 a month and includes email support; Professional costs $2,499 a month and includes priority support.
Catertoo
Catertoo is catering management software that brings client records, events, menus, proposals, and payments together. Users can create itemized proposals from menus, add fees, discounts, and tax, then send quotes for online acceptance. Accepted proposals can become invoices, with Stripe handling online card payments and tracking deposits and balances. Event booking follows work from inquiry through confirmed and completed status, recording dates, guest counts, client and venue links, and activity timelines. The CRM stores organization and individual records, multiple contacts, addresses, notes, tags, and client histories. Catertoo also lists staffing, reporting, menu building, e-signatures, and event logistics. It works on desktop, tablet, and phone without requiring an app download, and provides an API. Catertoo describes itself as being in public beta and says its core product has shipped. The free plan allows up to three events a month; Pro costs $39 per month, or $29/mo billed annually. Premium costs $89 per month, or $69/mo billed annually.
