In their own words

CERVIS

CERVIS is volunteer management software for organizations coordinating schedules, communications, and reporting. Volunteers can find opportunities that match their interests and availability, then register online. Automated email and text alerts cover schedule reminders and thank-you notes, while coordinators can track volunteer activity in real time and create custom reports. Listed features include group management, mobile-device sign-in, hour tracking, and custom forms. Plans include unlimited volunteers, but their features differ: Basic covers simple needs and one-time events but does not include hour tracking; Standard adds hour tracking, group management, expanded reporting, and multiple access levels. Premier is for one-time or daily events across multiple locations. CERVIS is web-based and lists access from iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices, so volunteers do not need a separate app. Basic costs $25 a month, Standard costs $120 a month, and Premier costs $200 a month. Enterprise pricing is available by contacting CERVIS. CRM integrations cost extra.

Organizers can rent scanning smartphones, barcode or QR scanners and wristband printers, or use their own hardware. The Free plan costs nothing and covers one event, unlimited moderators and users, and five of sixteen features. Silver covers one event and all sixteen features, with listed prices TBA; Gold covers unlimited events and all sixteen, with prices on request. A free trial can be requested; Eventication says it will contact organizers within 48 hours to arrange a custom environment.
