Spoki
Spoki is a customer engagement platform that brings marketing, sales, and support into shared conversations. It connects with customers through WhatsApp, voice, SMS, and email, with automation for support, marketing, sales, and lead qualification. Its AI evaluates intent, urgency, and sentiment to decide whether to answer, escalate, or wait. The platform lists integrations including Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier; users can request an API key in its Integrations menu. Spoki runs as a browser-based web app on desktop or mobile, though the company says there is no Spoki mobile app. A free plan includes live chat, ticketing, unlimited operators, and automations, but excludes AI and several sales and campaign features. Paid plans are Service at €39 a month, Marketing at €79 a month, and Sales at €119 a month; WhatsApp fees are billed separately by Meta on those plans. Spoki says data is hosted in the European Economic Area and encrypted in transit and at rest. The free trial does not require a credit card.
