Final Menu
Final Menu is web software for tracking ingredient prices and calculating recipe costs and menu margins. It reads restaurant invoice PDFs or photos and uses AI to extract ingredients and prices; users can review each extracted line before saving. Recipe costing is calculated per serving, with yields and prep times available for tracking. Pricing can use gross profit margin, food cost percentage, cost-plus markup, or cost multiplier methods. After a reviewed invoice is saved, Final Menu recalculates affected recipe costs and tracks ingredient cost history and trends as supplier prices change. Users can upload recipes and invoices or photograph documents with a phone. CSV imports and exports support moving recipes, costs, and prices to major POS systems, spreadsheets, and accounting tools. The Free plan is limited to 10 recipes and includes basic recipe costing, manual price entry, and suggested menu prices. Professional costs $99 a month and includes unlimited recipes, AI invoice processing, dynamic menu pricing, price history and trends, POS/CSV export, and priority support. The 14-day trial requires no credit card.
