Its tools cover reservations and quotes, housekeeping, maintenance, and work orders, along with direct booking sites, automated messaging, dynamic pricing, cleaning management, and payment processing. The CiiRUS network connects with channel partners and travel companies, with XML/API connections to external websites and services. Listed integration categories include listing services, travel insurance, email automation, rewards programs, and guest communications. Accounting options include an integrated standalone system, a real-time QuickBooks connector, and a hybrid mode. Users can run default or custom reports and output them as PDF, XLS, or CSV. Staff access administration and an audit trail track changes. CiiRUS One is accessible on computers and mobile devices; apps are available for iPhone and Android, and a downloadable Windows edition comes in 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
