Clean Smarts brings time tracking, scheduling, client communication, issue reporting, supply updates, inspections, and messaging together for commercial cleaning companies and janitorial staff. Employees can clock in or out through the mobile app, NFC sensors, text message, phone, or barcode. Managers can schedule teams in a drag-and-drop desktop calendar or mobile app, send notifications, and monitor live status. Teams and customers can report and track issues on mobile, desktop, or QR codes, with real-time alerts and photo or video attachments. Inspections support custom checklists, weighted tasks, due dates, and issue logging. Cleaners can update supply levels, and minimum thresholds can prompt reorder notices. QuickBooks Online can sync billing customers, account mappings, services, supplies, and invoices; its accounting feature may need to be enabled. Clean Smarts runs on Android, iOS, and web. The company offers a fully featured 14-day free trial. SpringOS includes a custom website with a quote widget and contact form that send leads to the CRM, and its team installs and configures the product.
