CleanManager
CleanManager is cloud-based software for cleaning businesses to coordinate schedules, tasks, employees and client communication. Its base module includes online scheduling, cleaning plans, a work-hours overview, keys and codes, and storage management. The cleaner app supports time tracking, schedules, file sharing, travel-time and holiday requests, photos, and product information; using it requires CleanManager access and the App for Time & Attendance add-on. The service runs on web, Android and iOS, and displays integrations with Uniconta, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Xero, Business Central and Sage. Its invoice module transfers invoices to accounting software and synchronizes customer data. Plans are billed quarterly, with prices exclusive of VAT: listed rates range from €1.50 a month for a client with login to €67 a month for the App for Time & Attendance add-on. The free, non-binding trial lasts 14 days and does not renew automatically; there is no free plan. CleanManager was founded in 2010 and is based in Odense SV, Denmark.

Launch27 is maid service software for scheduling jobs and growing cleaning businesses. Customers can book online 24/7, check real-time availability, and add a credit card on file. Businesses can place the booking form on their own website by copying and pasting it, but a website is required. Pricing can be based on bedrooms and bathrooms, hourly rates, square footage, or custom amounts. Calendar and map views help dispatch jobs, and bookings can recur weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or monthly.
