CleverWaiver is software for creating, collecting, signing, and storing digital liability waivers. Users can build a waiver with its online tool or ask CleverWaiver to create one from an existing waiver at no additional cost. Customers can sign through online links, kiosk apps, computer browsers, embedded website forms, or QR codes. Its mobile app can collect waivers offline and upload them when connectivity returns. For managing records, users can search by name, phone, or signed dates, then export data as CSV or individual waivers as PDF. Listed integrations include Lodgify, HubSpot, Zapier, Mindbody, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Dropbox, Google Drive, Stripe, OneDrive, Lightspeed, and Square.
