Stillpoint
Stillpoint is web-based practice management software for wellness practitioners, including massage therapists. Its tools cover scheduling, payments, clinical notes, invoicing, insurance billing, analytics, hosted websites, client portals, and appointment notifications. Clients can browse services, select a practitioner and time, and book without creating an account. Practitioners can import client and appointment history from supported platforms or CSV exports, with duplicate detection. Clio, an AI practice assistant, can help with scheduling, practice questions, booking appointments, and creating client records. Stillpoint also supports two-way Google Calendar sync and webhooks for Zapier, Make, or custom endpoints.
