CliniForm
CliniForm combines bookings, client records, forms, treatment notes, communication, payments, and practice management in one platform. It is aimed at independent wellbeing professionals and small teams such as therapists, trainers, beauticians, and clinic owners. Clients can book online, while the smart calendar manages availability, practitioners, rooms, and appointments. Consultation and consent forms support digital signatures and treatment-plan consent workflows. Client records can include consultations, risks, treatment history, SOAP notes, payments, and progress. A unified inbox links SMS, email, and WhatsApp conversations to client records; messaging usage charges may apply separately. Listed integrations include Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Make, Zapier, WordPress, and WhatsApp Business. CliniForm also provides a REST API and webhooks, with practice-scoped API keys on Team and Enterprise plans. The company says data is hosted in the UK and clinical files are encrypted with AES-256. The Free plan allows up to five active clients. Pro costs £24.99 per month, or £19.99/month when paid annually; payment processing and messaging charges are separate.

WellnessLiving is a platform for running fitness and wellness businesses, from small yoga studios to multi-location gyms. It manages bookings, payments, staff, marketing and client loyalty in one system. Its Explorer business listing is included with a subscription and is intended to help prospective clients find and book services. WellnessLiving offers Achieve client and Elevate staff apps, as well as custom-branded apps for Android and iOS. The Forms tool supports intake forms, surveys, questionnaires and waivers, with signed documents stored on client profiles. FitLIVE supports live virtual sessions, while FitVID provides customized on-demand video channels. API access requires approval and credentials arranged through an Account Executive.
