In their own words

Cliniko

Cliniko is practice management software for clinics and allied health practitioners. It combines appointment scheduling, treatment notes, invoices, payments, expenses, taxes, reporting, and business management tools. Its calendar supports online bookings, repeat appointments, and flexible views. Treatment notes can be customized, searched, stored in the cloud, and opened from any device; patient records can also include attached files. Cliniko lists 99 connected apps, most developed by third parties, with Xero and Mailchimp among the examples. A REST API returns JSON over HTTPS. There is no native mobile app, but Cliniko is mobile-friendly in a browser on phones and tablets. Cliniko says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and monitored around the clock. It also states that it meets or exceeds Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR, PIPEDA, and HIPAA requirements. The one-practitioner plan is $45/mo, and a 30-day trial is available. SMS credits cost 10¢ per message; connected apps may charge separately.
