HRIS connections can transfer leave periods and schedule updates. Mobile apps support desk, meeting-room, and parking bookings, check-ins, and colleague discovery; they require internet access, Android 6.0 or later, or iOS 16.6 or later. deskbird says customer data is processed and hosted exclusively in the EU, and lists ISO 27001 certification, SOC 2 Type 2 auditing, and GDPR compliance.
