OfficeMaps
OfficeMaps combines a workplace directory with interactive floor plans so employees can locate people, desks, meeting rooms, and other resources. It shows real-time desk availability and supports temporary allocations, desk booking, meeting-room booking, and check-in. Profiles can contain configurable skills, roles, workdays, and duties, with searches by location, hierarchy, profile fields, or free text. A kiosk lets employees assign themselves to desks or rooms for a set period and permits guests without logins. Mobile apps support booking, check-in, and finding colleagues on maps. Listed integrations include Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Embrava Desk Sign, PointGrab, Google Auth, and Microsoft Auth; Okta is marked coming soon. Essentials costs $59 a month per 100 people, billed monthly, and includes cloud hosting, directory, and floor maps. Professional costs $96 a month per 100 people and adds activity-based working, kiosks, and reporting. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial is available. API access requires a subscription above Essentials and is limited to 1,000 calls monthly and/or 10 requests per second.
