Join It is membership management software for organizations handling member records, payments, renewals, events, communications, and engagement. Members can manage profiles, contact details, and membership status in a self-service portal. The service supports online and offline payments, recurring billing, renewal reminders, and failed-payment notifications. Digital membership cards can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; QR codes and manual search support event check-in. More than 25 integrations are listed, including Stripe, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Zapier. Zapier, API access, webhooks, and Google Analytics require the Total plan or higher.
