CoachAccountable is a coaching platform for structuring client work and supporting accountability. Coaches can create action plans, track metrics, keep notes, share worksheets and files, support journaling, and run group coaching. Courses can be self-paced, calendar-based, or group-based, with automated content delivery. Appointment scheduling, calendar sync, invoicing, recurring billing, and online payments through Stripe, Square, or PayPal are included. Listed connections include Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple iCal, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zapier, Integrately, and a native API. Team Edition adds coach oversight, shared resources, client-coach pairing, and customizable permissions. Monthly pricing depends on active client count, and all plans include the complete feature set; Starter costs $20 a month for two clients.
