In their own words
Colib
Colib is a bilingual practice management and electronic medical record platform for Canadian therapists and health and wellness practitioners. Its calendar supports recurring appointments, room management, online booking, waitlists, and two-way Google Calendar and Outlook sync. Practitioners can create or upload intake forms, collect electronic signatures, and keep client files with notes, documents, family relationships, goals, and scores. AI can prepare note drafts from telehealth sessions or in-person recordings using templates such as SOAP, DAP, BIRP, and GIRP; practitioners review and sign each draft. Browser-based video sessions work on computers, phones, or tablets without a download and support recording, screen sharing, waiting rooms, transcripts, and messaging. Billing tools include invoices, online payments, Interac e-Transfer reconciliation, split payments, and QuickBooks invoice export. Colib says databases and files are hosted in AWS Canada, with encryption protections, and that it helps practices address several Canadian privacy obligations. It cautions that compliance also depends on each practice’s own policies and practices. Practitioner costs $75 CAD per month, billed month-to-month.
