In their own words
Collabrio
Collabrio is a web property management system for leases, rent, maintenance, vendors, and accounting books. It targets owners managing residential, commercial, HOA, short-term rental, student or co-living, mobile-home or RV park, and corporate or mid-term housing portfolios. Accounting includes a general ledger, EZ Accounting, and Schedule E reports. Tenants can submit maintenance requests through a portal, with routing to vendors plus bids, spending caps, and approvals. Stripe Connect handles rent payments to the owner’s bank; Collabrio says it does not handle or store card details. Connections include DocuSign, QuickBooks Online, and Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com calendar feeds. Short-term rental stays use iCal feeds because Airbnb host API access is unavailable. AI features provide semantic document search, listing copy from supplied facts, and receipt or invoice parsing. Security includes role-based access, optional TOTP MFA, organization-scoped isolation, and an audit log. GDPR and CCPA deletion features and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility are listed.
