In their own words
Commento
Commento is an AI-powered platform for managing and analyzing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube comments from one dashboard. Moderation tools identify spam, bots, fake accounts, hate speech, profanity, and competitor ads, with custom rules and bulk actions. Analysis can cover posts, campaigns, selected periods, or an organization-wide view. Its ticket system can turn critical feedback into categorized, prioritized tickets, group recurring complaints, and sync with CRM or helpdesk tools. Other listed capabilities include sentiment heatmaps, crisis alerts, FAQ generation, reply suggestions, multilingual analysis, and seasonal trend forecasting. Integrations include REST API, webhooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, data exports, and SSO. A free trial with no time limit includes 500 comments and one connected account; paid plans start at $59.99 per month. Account authorization uses official OAuth flows, and Commento says it does not store passwords. YouTube API data is retained for no more than 90 days and deleted within seven days after access is revoked or an account is deleted.
