In their own words
ComplyFlow
ComplyFlow manages contractor compliance across companies, workers, sites, and safety processes on a shared record. Its modules cover prequalification, workforce compliance, training and induction, site access, visitor sign-in, documents, permits, inspections, equipment, incidents, and risk management. AI tools can compare uploaded documents with configured requirements, flag missing information, and help draft review criteria; the company says its team makes the decisions. Integrations include native connectors, a REST API, and an MCP server. The API reads every module and supports writes for staff, sites, work orders, inspections, and competencies. Free iOS and Android apps support gate sign-in and compliance checks, plus offline inspection checklists that sync when connectivity returns. ComplyFlow says it has held ISO 27001 certification since 2019 and hosts data in Australian AWS data centres, encrypted at rest and in transit. Contractor company registration is free. Worker licences cost A$35 a year, and AI-reviewed prequalification costs A$100 a year when a client requests it. Client platform pricing is by custom quote.
DuloProof
DuloProof is a web-based checklist management platform for quality assurance. Teams can create, organize, share, and manage checklists, then schedule recurring inspections daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly and view them in a calendar. Checklist items can include timestamped photos as evidence of completion and compliance. AI generates structured templates from plain-language descriptions, and the service offers more than 100 industry-specific templates for customization. Completed checklists can be exported as PDF reports or Excel spreadsheets. It serves operations teams in food safety, retail and franchise, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality. The Free plan costs nothing and includes three active schedules, 10 AI templates per month, and 90 days of retention. Starter costs $10 a month, or $8/month when paying annually; Pro costs $59 a month, or $47/month when paying annually. Enterprise pricing is custom. DuloProof says it encrypts data in transit and at rest; content used for AI generation may be sent to Anthropic, but customer content is not used to train its models.
