Hiring teams can post jobs to multiple boards, connect sourcing channels, search pre-profiled candidates, and maintain an internal talent pool. Pipeline tools provide candidate tracking, tagging, task management, and visibility into sourcing performance and pipeline health. Candidates may receive personalised work-personality insights after applying. The system supports candidate and panel scheduling, two-way calendar sync, and integrated video interviews. Listed assessment methods include online education, online testing, and interactive scenario-based learning, alongside development plans, competency-gap analysis, and role competency mapping.
