Condens
Condens is a UX research repository and AI analysis platform for centralizing customer knowledge and producing evidence-backed insights. Teams can search research for patterns and existing answers, while a split view connects raw data to findings and links each insight to source evidence. Condens AI generates answers from research data while leaving users in control of outputs. Recordings are transcribed with timestamps, speaker recognition and support for more than 85 languages. Users can create transcript clips and highlight reels and share them through browser links without audience logins. Condens runs in the cloud on web and through an API, with named connections for Zoom, Google Drive, Typeform, Figma, Miro, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Business includes ChatGPT and Claude connections; Enterprise lists custom and internal LLM connections. Lite starts at €15 a month, with a 15-day trial. Condens states that aspiring researchers and educational researchers can use it free.

FromUsers is a user research platform for surveys, usability tests, and in-product feedback studies. Its visual study builder supports branching, advanced logic, randomization, random assignment, and variables without coding. Unmoderated studies can test prototypes or live products with tasks, screen recordings, spoken feedback, and structured follow-ups. Survey Lab includes multilingual setup, MaxDiff, and Conjoint. Participants can be recruited through study links, email, or the listed Prolific integration. Mobile participants can join through the FromUsers app; on-screen interactions and, when enabled with consent, face-camera recording can be captured.
