In their own words
Consentz
Consentz is clinic management software for aesthetic practices, covering clinical records, appointments, billing, stock, marketing, and patient relationships. Records can include treatment details, consultation notes, consent forms, and patient photographs that can be captured, edited, and retrieved. Clinics can schedule practitioners, rooms, and equipment, and offer online booking through links on a clinic website or Instagram. Waitlist tools support appointment management.
Its marketing module includes Facebook and Google ads and an automated email campaign builder for aesthetics practices. Practitioners can bill from an iPad, while office staff can complete invoices on a desktop; the software also tracks clinician stock use for ordering. Reporting and analytics cover appointments, treatments, and billing, with users able to choose which information is displayed. The Control Centre is available in a browser for business management and clinic information, and the Consentz Medical App runs on Apple iPads for practitioner use alongside patients. Consentz says data is stored on Amazon Web Services and encrypted in transit using SSL and at rest using AES-256. The FAQ states that both Consentz and Amazon are ISO 27001:2013 accredited. The product has a free trial of unstated duration and no free plan; pricing starts at £49/mo. Consentz says it has powered aesthetics practices since 2012.
