In their own words
ConsultStream
ConsultStream is a healthcare CRM for medical practice management and care coordination. Practices can schedule providers across facilities and rooms, set regular or day-specific availability, and support multiple participants and overlapping appointments. Patients can request appointments through an online booking widget. The system stores patient records, booking requests, appointment notes, and appointment history, and sends email reminders and appointment-status notifications. Dashboards and reports cover provider performance and facility statistics; Google calendar syncing provides schedule access and real-time updates. ConsultStream describes integrated telehealth and says customers can request custom features. It runs on web, Android, and iOS, with access from computers, phones, or tablets. The service is described as GDPR- and HIPAA-compliant. Its privacy policy says data in transit is encrypted using TLS, passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes, and role-based permissions restrict data access to a user’s organization. The service runs on AWS infrastructure in access-controlled data centers. A “Start for free” option requires no credit card, but the site does not specify whether this is a free plan or a time-limited trial.

Halaxy says it is designed for more than 90 healthcare professions and practices of different sizes. Listed integrations include accounting, healthcare and communications tools, and an API lets developers connect software and send or retrieve practice data. Halaxy describes daily backups, encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication, configurable access levels, action history and anonymisation. It says telehealth audio and video are encrypted in transit to AES 256-bit standards and are not recorded or routed through Halaxy servers. The core platform is free; optional add-ons use credits, and subscription features start at 25 credits per month.
