In their own words
CreativeOps Tracker
CreativeOps Tracker is a workflow tracker for design teams handling projects, revisions, timesheets, leave and reporting. Project tools include timelines, revision tracking, monthly timesheets, media asset logs and working-day countdowns. Managers are warned when logged leave overlaps an upcoming deadline, and weekends are excluded from overdue-day calculations. Teams can share automatically updating project or batch status links that clients can view without logging in. Reports include PDF summaries and multi-sheet Excel exports covering meetings, KPIs, assets and billing. The product also lists workload planning, proofing and approvals, asset versioning, and an AI brief generator. Individual costs $79.99 a year; Workspace Starter costs $329.99 a year, and Workspace Agency costs $659.99 a year. Trials last 60 days for Individual and 30 days for workspace plans. Without a paid subscription after trial, the workspace becomes read-only: users can view data and export reports, but cannot add projects or log work. Mobile use is described through browser-based PWA installation; native app listings are coming soon.
Dart
Dart is a workplace for organizing projects alongside AI agents, connecting their handoffs and results to the work. People set direction while lead agents can break goals into tasks and coordinate specialist agents. Teams can use list, board, roadmap, and calendar layouts, alongside subtasks, blockers, dependencies, sprint management, and time tracking. Dart's AI features include task execution, subtask generation, project planning, duplicate detection, and filling task properties from natural language. Listed integrations include Slack, Discord, GitHub, ChatGPT, Claude, Google, Notion, Jira, Microsoft Project, Zapier, n8n, and Pipedream; an API, libraries, and command line interface support custom connections and workflow automation. Dart says it meets SOC 2 Type II requirements and complies with SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA. It states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that AI providers do not store customer data or use it for model training. The free Personal plan supports up to four teammates. Premium costs $8 per teammate per month; Business costs $12 per teammate per month.
