Credit Risk
Credit Risk is a web platform for trade creditors that supports credit applications, bureau data integration, risk assessment, and reporting. Customers can onboard online with digital signatures and a document centre, and applications can be customised. The maker describes its application vetting as FICA compliant and says it takes less than 15 minutes. Book management includes age analysis, prioritisation, segmentation, and a follow-up diary; the platform also lists exposure monitoring, risk scoring, and application workflow tools. For pre-legal collections, Erick Breytenbach Attorneys provides status reports, notifications, document uploads, and real-time communication. Credit Risk lists TransUnion, Inoxico, and EB Attorneys as partners. API access appears in the plans table. Express, Enterprise, and Comprehensive are named plans; Comprehensive includes 250 accounts, and all three plans include online support and documentation. Bureau reports and default listings are charged per use. The plans also list charges for some collections, letters, analysis, and custom work. Pricing is on request, and a free trial is available. The terms set a minimum contract of six calendar months, followed by one calendar month's written notice to terminate.
