Sentimento
Sentimento turns customer feedback into sentiment categories, recurring themes, trend dashboards, and executive summaries. It classifies reviews as positive, negative, mixed, or neutral and extracts themes such as quality, service, price, and delivery. Users can enter feedback directly or upload CSV and Excel files. Interactive charts show sentiment trends, while evidence views pinpoint the exact text spans supporting each classification. The service is available on the web and through an API, and the site says review data is processed securely and never shared. Starter costs $19/mo for five projects, 20 analyses per project, 500 reviews per analysis, core sentiment and theme analysis, and email support. Growth is $49/mo with 20 projects, 75 analyses per project, 2,500 reviews per analysis, priority support, faster queue priority, and advanced visualizations. Scale is $129/mo with 75 projects, 250 analyses per project, 10,000 reviews per analysis, priority support, onboarding, and high-volume operations. There is no free plan. A 14-day trial requires no card and allows three projects, three analyses per project, and 100 reviews per analysis.
