In their own words
Cresta
Cresta combines AI Agents, real-time Agent Assist, Conversation Intelligence and an Agent Operations Center in one customer-experience platform. AI Agents automate customer conversations across voice and digital channels. Agent Assist supplies guidance, knowledge and automation across voice, chat and email. Conversation Intelligence examines conversations for trends, behaviors, risk signals and revenue opportunities. Cresta Opera is a no-code orchestration engine for building, configuring, testing and governing AI behavior. Listed integrations include Five9, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify, Databricks, NICE, Microsoft, Genesys, Zendesk, Twilio and HubSpot, with bidirectional data exchange described as staying synchronized at near-zero latency. Cresta cites encryption, dedicated databases, access controls and PII redaction for protection. Its Trust Center lists CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, PCI DSS, SOC 2, TISAX and SOC 3. Pricing is custom and there is no free plan.
Sentriment
Sentriment analyzes customer feedback and links recurring themes to reported monthly recurring revenue. It is aimed at SaaS product, support, and growth teams, and accepts feedback through a widget, REST API, CSV, App Store, Intercom, and Zendesk. The platform deduplicates submissions, groups them by meaning, and attaches source quotes. User health scores reflect feedback tone and weight, and can sync to Mixpanel and Amplitude. Teams can ask plain-language questions across sources; answers include cited quotes, while tracked questions rerun on a schedule. Workflow tools include Slack and email alerts, issue filing in GitHub and Linear, daily digests, API access, and webhooks. Sentriment says it redacts names, emails, phone numbers, and card numbers before storage, and raw feedback text does not reach its database. Data is hosted in the EU, with the database in Frankfurt, and encrypted in transit and at rest. The free plan is limited to 100 items per month. Starter costs €49/mo; the site says all features are free during open beta, with 30 days’ notice before billing starts.
