It brings inquiries, quotes, jobs, staff, invoices, and payments into one app, with tools for estimating, job tracking, timesheets, and staff scheduling. Its scheduler assigns staff, helps plan routes, and syncs with Google Calendar. Tradify lists integrations with Xero, QuickBooks, and Stripe. The Lite plan costs $47 a month per user and includes job management, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, online payments, and accounting sync. Pro costs $51 a month per user and adds inquiry tools, job files and photos, recurring jobs, timesheets, and subcontractor scheduling.
