Mopinion
Mopinion collects and analyzes user feedback across websites, apps, and email. Its form builder supports different question types, metrics, styling, and branded assets. Forms can be triggered by events or user behavior and shown on selected pages or at particular points in a user journey. Analytics use AI to categorize and summarize written feedback, visualize data, and identify trends. The platform also includes real-time analysis, automated alerts and tags, conversational feedback, and unlimited surveys, feedback, and users. Integrations include Google Analytics, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, and Microsoft Teams. Webhooks can post feedback data in JSON to a chosen endpoint, while the API supports custom imports and app connections. Native and web SDKs are available for Android and iOS, with options for React Native, Flutter, Cordova, and Capacitor. Mopinion says customer data is stored in the EU by default and that it is ISO 27001 certified. Pricing starts at €279/mo, with a 14-day trial and no free plan. After the trial, the feedback inbox remains active, but reports go offline until the account upgrades.
