CWILL Product Reviews collects customer text, photo, and video feedback and displays it in a Shopify store. It can request reviews by email or on-site pop-up, and merchants can offer discounts to encourage photo and video submissions. Reviews can appear in widgets, grids, or carousels, with visual controls for colors, fonts, and layout. Automatic translation supports multiple languages, while star ratings and rich snippets can help products appear in Google search results. The app installs from the Shopify App Store, and widgets can be added through Shopify's Theme Editor. Checkout-page review widgets are available only to Shopify Plus merchants. The Free plan costs nothing and includes unlimited review requests, six reviews per product, basic non-customizable widgets, photo reviews, replies, and 24/7 support. Essential starts at $11.99 a month, and Pro starts at $29.99 a month; those plans include additional features such as branded email templates, Google Shopping, video reviews, and Q&A.
