DealersCloud CRM brings dealership leads from websites, marketplaces, phone and the lot into one queue, with emails and texts kept on each customer record. Round-robin assignment uses dealer-defined groups and can move untouched leads to another person after a timer. The CRM can automatically merge apparent duplicates matching the same phone number and email address, and each merge can be undone. Mobile app access is included on every plan, with Android, iOS and web availability. The wider platform covers inventory, deal desking and F&I, accounting and reporting, Buy Here Pay Here, floor plan, a custom dealer website and DealersAI. A description generator, CRM re-engagement campaigns and dealersGPT chatbot come with every plan; advanced DealersAI modules are premium. The product is built exclusively for independent dealerships, from a single lot to multi-rooftop groups, including Buy Here Pay Here operations. Pricing is customized by dealership size and available on request, with no per-seat fees, hidden costs or long-term contracts, according to the pricing details. KUKUI
KUKUI is a marketing and customer-engagement platform for independent automotive repair shops, available on web, iOS and Android. Its website tools include a branded site, SSL certificate, SEO optimization, review management, tracking phone numbers and a QR code generator. The customer database records spend history, vehicles, visit frequency and revenue, with marketing analytics and automated retention outreach. Communication features include two-way SMS, text marketing, live web chat, online booking and a loyalty program. AI Call Insights scores recorded shop calls and identifies customer-demand insights and trends. KUKUI says call data is not used to train AI models, and customers can request deletion of stored transcripts and scores. Listed integrations include POS/SMS, review services, My Garage and Shop-Ware; the latter surfaces marketing metrics and tools in the KUKUI dashboard. Pro and Pro+ pricing is available on request.
