DealersCloud CRM brings dealership leads from websites, marketplaces, phone and the lot into one queue, with emails and texts kept on each customer record. Round-robin assignment uses dealer-defined groups and can move untouched leads to another person after a timer. The CRM can automatically merge apparent duplicates matching the same phone number and email address, and each merge can be undone. Mobile app access is included on every plan, with Android, iOS and web availability. The wider platform covers inventory, deal desking and F&I, accounting and reporting, Buy Here Pay Here, floor plan, a custom dealer website and DealersAI. A description generator, CRM re-engagement campaigns and dealersGPT chatbot come with every plan; advanced DealersAI modules are premium. The product is built exclusively for independent dealerships, from a single lot to multi-rooftop groups, including Buy Here Pay Here operations.
